This is a scenario-based interactive activity that walks through the back story of four hypothetical clients coming in to an outpatient clinic seeking career advice. The learner is required to review the four cases before they are able to see the assignment description at the end.

Using an actual 3D model of a human brain composited from an MRI scan, I used 3D modeling/animation software (Blender) to create this dissection simulation. The learner is guided through the various rotations of the brain and three main cuts of the brain (frontal, mid sagital and horizontal). They must also correctly identify and label various structures in order to complete the activity and receive participation points for completion.

This lesson provides a basic overview of the Universal Design for Learning framework and follows a teacher through her process of implementing UDL in one of her lesson plans. Mrs. Ramirez must consider the various barriers that come along with her diverse group of students and utilize multiple means of engagement, representation and expression strategies.

This interactive Articulate Rise course explains five major aspects of language study. Each section is introduced by a comical dialogue that demonstrates that particular aspect of language. Each section also includes a brief knowledge check and an overall assessment is included at the end.
